Support building and maintaining internal reference libraries and creator lists
A Day in the Life
Reviewing new content from shoots or live shows and selecting strong options for upcoming posts
Updating rollout plans to reflect new priorities, content, or campaign changes
Preparing assets and supporting the publishing process across artist channels
Coordinating with designers, editors, and managers to keep content moving through approvals
Checking in on social channels, flagging anything important from fans, press, or community conversations
Organising content folders and ensuring everything is easy for the team to access and use
Supporting weekly reporting by pulling data and highlighting key trends
Helping the team stay aligned by keeping systems, trackers, and timelines up to date
What We’re Looking For
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong ownership of tasks and timelines
Reliable and consistent, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
Comfortable working across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and understanding how content is prepared and published
